Detail of Blue World City Merging Offer 2024
- You can merge the canceled files of the Overseas Block in the second file of the same block.
- All the canceled files of General Block BWC are eligible for merging after a 15 % ledger payment in another file of the same book for one time only.
- The old merging policies of Overseas and General Block are not valid from now.
File cancellation criteria for Overseas and General Block
- All those files of Overseas and General Block that do not meet the below-given criteria shall be subject to cancellation:
- There is no submission of payment for continuously 19 months and above.
- No single payment compliance in the last 18 months.
- The ledger completion status of the plot file is below 50%.
Balloting leftover plots of Blue World City
Residential plots of our several esteemed clients were not part of the recent balloting of Blue World City Islamabad held on April 24, 2024.
All these members of BWC can avail the next chance of Balloting in December 2024 by fulfilling the following payment criteria:
General Block
All the members of General Block who will pay the 90% cost of land will be part of General Block Blue World City Balloting in December 2024.
Overseas Block
Similarly, members of Overseas Block with 90% ledger completion for the cost of land can qualify for Overseas Block Blue World City Balloting in December 2024.
Awami Block
Likewise, Awami Block members with 90 % payment of the land cost can be eligible for Awami Block Blue World City Balloting in December 2024.
Sports Valley Block
In the same way, a 75 % submission of the cost of land for Sports Valley Block. Can make its members entitled to Sports Valley Block Blue World City Balloting in December 2024.
Waterfront Block
Moreover, all those members of Waterfront Block can qualify for Waterfront Block Block Blue World City Balloting in December 2024 after clearance of 75 % of the land cost payment.
