At the end of his speech, he encouraged the youth to take a leap of faith and start a business venture. He highlighted the importance of finding a gap in the industry to faster business growth in a short span of time.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Property Naama consultants and The University of Kotli AJ&K
Property Naama Consultants and UoK AJ &K have come up with a Memorandum of Understanding for future professional collaborations.
According to this MOU, both parties will collaborate to provide better employment opportunities to the youth of Pakistan. Property Naama Consultants will provide internship opportunities leading to jobs for the brilliant students of UoK AJ &K.
This initiative will reduce unemployment together with providing accomplished human resources to the real estate sector of the country.

Excitingly, the Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as MOU) is made and entered into by and between the two Parties. One is Property Naama Consultants and the other is the University of Kotli whose address is Kurti, Kotli AJ&K.
Purpose of MOU
Indeed, the purpose of this MOU is to establish a collaboration including but not limited to Innovation and Entrepreneurship programs. Therefore, the said collaboration will be between Property Naama Consultants and the University of Kotli AJ &K.
Signed Terms of MOU Amid M.Ismail’s Visit to the University of Kotli Azad Kashmir
This MOU is effective upon the day and date last signed and executed by the duly authorized representatives. It will remain in full force and effect for not longer than October 2026.
Both parties can terminate the MOU without mentioning any cause. This notice will be delivered by hand or by certified mail to the given address.
Responsibilities of Property Naama Consultants
- Property Naama Consultants will support UoK AJ &K for incubation and entrepreneurship programs
- Collaboration with UoK AJ &K to enable engagement of Pakistan’s youth in innovation and entrepreneurship programs.
- Surprisingly, the sole purpose of this activity is to achieve mutually established goals of the society.
Responsibilities of UoK AJ &K
- UoK AJ&K will provide skillful and talented youth to Property Naama Consultants for its business expansion activities. This relationship will be on an internship basis leading to a full career job opportunity.
- UoK AJ&K through its industrial research and development will solve the HR problems of the real estate sector of Pakistan.

At the concluding moment of the conference day, the worthy Vice Chancellor graced the event. The VC of the university, Rahmat-ul-Allah Khan Nasir awarded a shield of appreciation as a token of honor to M.Ismail.
