Lahore Smart City Balloting Announced
The society administration has announced Lahore Smart City Balloting recently. It will be the 3rd and final balloting of the society to compensate all the remaining members.

A lot of members of society commit a mistake. They timely submit their due payments but do not take acknowledgment slips from the society office.
It results in the non-allocation of plot numbers against their hard-earned money. Consequently, they will not be able to qualify for balloting.
What is an acknowledgment slip?
Upon any payment(Down payment, installment, or final payment) during a real estate deal, the real estate company issues a document as legal proof of payment acceptance against a particular property. This assurance document is called an acknowledgment slip.
What is balloting?
A procedure in which the society management transparently allot plot numbers after receiving the allotment application and criteria payment from the client for the respective plot is known as balloting.
The allotment of plot numbers involves a transparent computerized system in a big gathering. Therefore, every member of the Lahore Smart City must get an acknowledgment slip according to the following criteria.
Acknowledgment slip criteria for Lahore Smart City Balloting
Here are the criteria to get an acknowledgment slip to participate in the 3rd Balloting of Lahore Smart City:
- To get an acknowledgment slip for the residential plots, you have to pay 50 % of the total value of the plot. Moreover, if you want to get an acknowledgment slip for the preference plot ( Corner, park-facing plot, etc.), you have to pay 60 % of the total value of the plot.
- Similarly, you have to pay 40 % payment of the total value of the commercial plot to get a regular acknowledgment slip. For the preferred commercial plot acknowledgment slip, the payment criteria are 50 % amount of the total plot value.
File merging criteria for Lahore Smart City Balloting
You can use the file merging option to get slips according to the following formula:
- The worth of the merger file will be 45 % of the total value of the residential plot. Likewise, for commercial plots, it will be considered equivalent to 35% of the total payment of the plot.
- The remaining payment will be accepted as a cash/money order/bank draft ( As per your easiness). This leftover payment should match the acknowledgment slip mentioned in the above paragraph.
Mandatory note :
There should be no partial payment for any plot( Only full and final payment is allowed).
The deadline for submission of these payments is Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
