  • For general members, the estimated price of a 1 Kanal plot in DHA Phase 9 is around 7,500,000.

 

 

Since DHA Phase 9 is still in the early stages of development, the complete payment schedule will be available within the next 2 to 3 months. So keep an eye out if you’re planning to invest.

The DHA Gandhara Phase 9 Islamabad has 32500 Kanals of land for residential and commercial plots.
