1. Merging of Capital and Lahore Smart City Plot Files
The society has introduced a policy for merging plot files in the Capital and Lahore Smart City. Benefit from this policy in the following categories:

Merging of Multiple Files into One
You can merge your multiple files into a single plot file in Capital Smart City and Lahore Smart City. You will pay installments and delivery charges for only one file. This offer provides an easy exit for individuals who purchased 3-4 plot files at the society’s launch but are unable to pay the installments for all files.

Cross-Merging of Plot Files
Now you can cross-merge the plot files for both societies. It means that you can merge the plot files of Capital Smart City with Lahore Smart City and vice versa.

Zero Dedication for Plot File Merging
The society will not deduct any charges or fees for merging of plot files if you have paid 25% of the file.
Note: Previously, the society was charging a 25% deduction fee for merging plot files.

Merging of Canceled Files
You can now merge your active files into a canceled plot file and pay installments and delivery charges for that.
2. Suspension of Surcharges and Fines
The administration has suspended all surcharges and fines of all kinds of plots and plot files in the Capital and Lahore Smart City for the next six months. Now, you will only pay actual dues in both societies.
3. Freedom to Sell
If you have paid 20% cost of your plot file, you can sell this file as an open asset. The society administration will allow the transfer of plot ownership.
4. Ready Plots in Overseas Central Block
You can get the plot number and possession of a 3.5 and 05 Marla residential plot in Overseas Central Block, Capital Smart City. It is a highly developed and completely ready block under the following payment schedule:
- You will only pay 20% of the plot in the first three months.
- After that, you can complete the construction of your house in the next 18 months without paying any installments.
- Next, you will pay the remaining 80% payment in 18 months after completing the construction of your house.
