The administration of society has undergone two ballots of the Sialkot Motorway City Phase 1 so far.

  • From December 15, 2025, all members of Afrasiyab Block will have possession of 10 Marla and 01 Kanal plots who have old bookings.
  • From February 25, 2026, the members of all blocks will receive possession rights for their 04 and 08 Marla commercial plots.

Therefore, members of Sialkot Motorway City Phase 1 pay their pending dues and become eligible for plot possession.
