PM Imran Khan has recently approved the “New Blue Area” project. A meeting held at the prime minister’s office on Monday. The officials decide to establish a new commercial zone in the Capital City. It is happening for the first time in Pakistan, that a commercial zone will be doubled.
For this purpose, a land of 170 Kanals would be allocated near Sector F-9 Park. All the related departments are ready to work on it.
The international standard of construction would be following for this new commercial zone. Overall, this project will generate up to Rs. 30 billion initially.
Furthermore, the federal government has decided to utilize the part of this revenue for the under-construction projects of NPHP.
