In effect to existing pandemic affairs and subsequently Government efforts to promote Real
Estate & Construction Sector, Management of Capital Smart City is pleased to facilitate and
support to existing members and new clients to the extent cited below: –

Capital Smart City Discounts Offer to New Smart Clients
- All new bookings on 50% down payment will be entitled to a 6% discount (previously
5%) and new bookings on 100% down payment will be entitled to a 12% discount
(Previously 10%).
- Clients who book plots or villas on 20% down payment (previously 40%) will also be
entitled to choose the location of their own choice at the time of balloting.
- The payment schedule for new bookings will be 3.5 years instead of 3 years.
- On booking of 3 units on a single client, only 01 Membership fees will be charged.
Offer to Smart Existing Members
- 10% discount of installment amount on each due or outstanding installments. This
discount will be adjusted in the next installment. Member can only avail discount up to
a maximum of 3 installments. This is applicable to all due and undue installments.
- 2. 3% discount of total unit price, if a member pays 06 due installments. The discount will be
adjusted in the next remaining installments equally.
- 6% discount on total unit price, if a member pays 06 installments in advance.
Please note that this is applicable between 6th to 30th April 2020. Payment will only be
accepted through Online Banking, Cash Deposits and Pay Orders having instrument date
between 6th to 30th April 2020. New clients and existing members can forward their bookings
and payment to our online Customer’s Support Centre.
