MoU Signing Ceremony! Development of Next Sectors by Frontier Works Organization at DHA PESHAWAR
The Defence Housing Authority is the biggest housing project in Pakistan and many people are availing of these housing services. There is rapid development in the Defence Housing Authority as it is developing itself in every city of Pakistan. The plots and the houses designed well and many people are living in the residential plots. Due to the increase in demand, the investors are ready to invest their money in the plots and housing project. It has now launched in Peshawar and the project is waiting for the signing of the MoU.
MoU Contract with Defence Housing Authority
DHA reportedly is eager to sign the MoU contract on Wednesday 20 Jan. Many other companies and banks have joined hands with the Defence Housing Authority. The Frontier Works Organization (FWO) and Bank Al-Habib Limited have officially claimed on their Facebook page. That tomorrow (Wednesday), Defence Housing Authority is going to sign the MoU. It is also notified that Defense Housing Authority is working on making the new sectors in the project. The additional plots are also allocated to the people. The plots and the residential houses are available to the people in an easy installment plan. Moreover, the Defense Housing Authority also gives the loan available to the desired people.
Defence Housing Authority agreement with Bank-al Habib
Defence Housing Authority in Peshawar has also come in the contract with the FWO for the construction of more houses in the suburbs of the housing project. The Defense Housing Authority is trying to bring Bank Al-Habib on board to give more potential loans to the customers and give house financing options. This agreement allows investors to take the easy loan of 10 million to 15 million and the interest of KIBOR 1.75% per annum. It also said by the Defense Housing Authority that overseas Pakistanis can also use the digital accounting facility to pay the installment dues and avail of the loan facility. Further reported that a possession handover ceremony for the construction of a branch and regional headquarters of the Meehan Bank will also commence in DHA Peshawar from tomorrow.
