Eligibility Criteria for Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme
You can apply for this house loan scheme if you fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- You should be the NADRA-Verified head of your family.
- You need to have permanent residence in the Punjab province. It should be on your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Land ownership in your name of 05 Marla or less in urban areas and 10 Marla in rural areas is mandatory for applying for this scheme.
- There should be no criminal record or financial default in your name.
- The registration in the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) is a pre-request. Moreover, you must have a Proxy Means Test (PMT) score of 60 or lower.

Step 3:
You will see a “ Citizen Registration Form” On the opening page
Step 4:
Fill out this form with your information.
Step 5:
Set your account password at the bottom of the form.
Step 6:
Click on the green “ Register” button at the end of the form.
