Cricket is one of the under-rated sports and is highly encouraged in Pakistan. Every child in Pakistan is fond of becoming a player and is eager to show his or her passion. The availability of grounds and stadium is very few and youngsters are deprived of showing their passion and love for cricket. Even the matches of cricket are played in a confined stadium and limited spectators are allowed to see the match. There is already one cricket stadium in Rawalpindi and people eagerly went there to see the matches. So, by seeing the motivation and love for cricket, the government has taken up the actions to give the NOC for the construction of Pakistan’s biggest cricket stadium.
Approval and Construction of Cricket Stadium
The approval has been given for the construction of Pakistan’s biggest stadium on an area of 1050 acres. It is going to be constructed on the State of art alongside the ring road that shows the matches with floodlights. It holds the capacity of around one hundred and fifty thousand spectators at a time. The construction of the port city project is being approved and the high-class stadium is constructed to carry forward this project. The top-class technology is launched and installed in the construction as it is the place for international matches. The location of this stadium is between Adyala and Chakri interchange and also lies 6 km away from the Islamabad new airport. The five-star hotels and clubs are also going to be launched and constructed in the new stadium as it provides leisure and comfort to the people who come to see the match.

The stadium also provides full proof of security to the international players and shows the best preview to the audiences. The sports city project not only consists of the stadium for the cricket but also shows approval on the construction of a badminton court, swimming pool for the sportsmen, basketball court, and boxing ring. Moreover, it also provides parking and a jogging track for the players to practice different exercises. This sports city mega-project is going to start soon in the second season of the year and displays the brilliant image of the stadium.
