As per the board of directors’ decision, one-third (1/3) of development charges will be the responsibility of the Blue World City Administration.

 

 

The society members will pay two-thirds (2/3) of development charges in 2-year installments. The one-third (1/3) of development charges amount will cost around 15 Billion to the Blue World City administration.

 

The management has recently finalized the payment plan for development charges for all the blocks of society.

According to the established practice, the possession of these plots was due after full payment of development charges. You can pay these development charges under an easy payment plan.

 

However, the society management has decided to give relief to its valued members in this regard.

 

  • Therefore, a payment policy is under consideration in which members can get plot possession before fully paying development charges. They can pay development charges in installments while constructing their house.

 

  • You can avail of 25% off your total development charges if you can pay the full value of development charges in June 2024.

 

  • The society leadership has taken another promising initiative to hand over the possession of almost 5000 residential and commercial plots to its valued members.

 

The process of getting possession

 

Soon, the possession letters will be issued to qualified members to be part of the possession process. Under this process, you have to take part in the following steps :

 

  • Pay your development charges (Full or partial according to the company policy) and qualify for possession.

 

 

  • Take possession of your plot.

 

  • Get approval of the house /building map from the society office.

 

  • Start construction of your house/ commercial building.
