In the final speech on the eve of the balloting event, Mr.Saad Nazir, Chairman of Blue World City Islamabad, revealed that a final Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) has been issued to BWC administration for 12,700 Kanals of additional land by Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA), you can confirm it on the website of PHATA.
The second important announcement made by the Chairman BWC was that Blue World City Islamabad is going to construct 45 Km long Sheikh Zayed Avenue from Adyala Road Rawalpindi to Fateh Jhang Road Islamabad.
In his unusual speech at the Balloting event, he offered BWC platform to all big developers of the country i.e.; Defense Housing Authority (DHA), Bahria Town, etc. to collaborate for development for Pakistan. Moreover, he also made an offer (conditional to the cooperation of state institutions) to the Government of Pakistan on behalf of the real estate developer’s community to pay off the foreign debt of the nation.

Download the application of Blue World City Islamabad from the Google Play store or simply go to the official website of BWC, then go to the balloting section. In the balloting section, you will find two empty sections to be fulfilled by the client. In one section put your BWC 8-9 digits registration number (This registration number is written on the top left side of your plot file) and in the other section put your Computerized National Identity Card Number (CNIC) with dashes and click on the search record tab.
You will see 7 column block in which the following credentials of your allotted plot will be shown:
- Registration Number
- Member Number
- Plot Size
- Category
- District/Sector
- Street Number
- Plot Number
In case you would not see above mentioned details, it means that you were not qualified for balloting yet due to not depositing the required amount of plot value. You may be allotted with plot number in upcoming balloting as mentioned in this blog earlier.
