Capital Smart City Balloting and Development Begins. On the event day (21st December) the developers have planned to lay the foundation of the Fashion Boulevard and lay an extensive network for Optic fiber in Overseas Block.
While the other block (Executive Block) will see the foundation laying of schools, mosques, construction of water tanks, and road infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Capital Smart City Balloting is all set to start the construction of ‘smart villas’ in these two blocks. These highly luxurious villas were launched a month ago. The prices were kept reasonable and all the villas are available on easy installments. More Projects.
