Capital Smart City has announced the balloting for the plots of Overseas Central Block, previously known as Overseas Sector 2. Property Naama has already delivered acknowledgment slips to them. It’s part of our after-sales services. Capital Smart City balloting for Overseas Central Block will take place on 12th March 2022.

In a notice issued on 12th February 2022, Capital Smart City management has thanked all the Capital Smart City members and sales partners for believing and trusting in their services. Moreover, all the members for selections of plots are highly advised to meet the timeline for the plot’s selection as it will be not extended further. Capital Smart City Overseas Central Balloting Date and Procedure

The management of Capital Smart City has shared the following procedure and date:

CSC members who have purchased their plots in 2018 and 2019 and are eligible for the selection process as per the Acknowledgement Receipt are requested to visit CSC F-11 Head Office to select their own choice from Feb 14 to Feb 20, 2022. Here Sunday will also be a working day.

Moreover, CSC members who have purchased their plots in 2020 and 2021 and are eligible for the selection process as per the Acknowledgement Receipt, are requested to visit CSC F-11 Head Office to select their own choice from Feb 21 to Feb 27, 2022. Here Sunday will also be a working day.

Note: This notice by CSC Management is only for those who are eligible for the plot’s selection. This notice also reads that Overseas Pakistanis can select their plots through email.
