Capital Smart Overseas & Executive Possession
Capital Smart City Islamabad has once again achieved another milestone before time. The first-ever smart city project in Pakistan has announced the possession date of residential plots in Overseas and Executive Block. Launched in the year 2018 and 2019, both of these blocks are surprisingly developed on high-standards at the fastest development speed.
The possession of these blocks was planned to be announced in April 2020; however, it got delayed due to Covid-19 Global Pandemic and long lockdown across the country. Capital Smart City more details.
Capital Smart City Islamabad – Possession Details
Smart City will soon start giving possession of two of its best block, i.e. Overseas Block 1 and Executive Block 1. Both these blocks are very well-planned and offer the best-ever residential plots in Islamabad. Overseas Block 1 and Executive Block 1 are further featuring sectors in it.

To facilitate the members of Capital Smart City Islamabad, society has extended the following facilities:
Members who apply for the possession after clearance of the installments within possession month will be allowed to pay Development Charges, Extra Land Charges, Prime Location Charges, in 4 quarters. However, Utility Charges will be payable with possession.
All these payments are split into 04 quarters for the ease of Capital Smart City members.
The 1st Quarter of all these charges (development, extra, and prime location) will be payable along with the possession.

Capital Smart City has launched all the plots in the following sectors on the easy installment plan of 3 to 4 years. Development charges of the plots were not included in the plans. So, with the announcement of such possession dates, it is clear that anyone will buy a plot in Capital Smart City will get his plot within 3 to 4 years from the date of purchase.
