If we talk about the balloting History of these sub-sectors namely; I-15/1, I-15/3, and I-15/4, the allotment letters to the allottees were issued in the year 2005 but due to some unavoidable reasons the possession handover activity was not fulfilled on time and it is going to be done after 18 years in the year 2023.
Almost more than 5000 allottees get affected due to this inordinate delay, the Chairman CDA / Chief Commissioner ICT, Capt. (Retd.) Noor-ul-Amin Mengal after assuming the charge has directed the concerned authorities to ensure speedy and timely completion of the developmental work in delayed sectors of the authority.
Earlier in a complementary meeting presided over by the worthy Chairman CDA, decided to grant possession letters to the concerned allottees with immediate effect.
CDA Giving Online Possession of Sector I-15: The Announcement
Capital Development Authority on June 12, 2023 (Monday) announced that the allottees of sector I-15 will get their possession soon after the completion of mandatory developmental work in three relevant sub-sectors namely; I-15/1, I-15/3, and I-15/4.
In total 5000 allottees would get possession in different phases in Sector I-15 of CDA.

The development work in sectors I-15/1, I-15/3, and I-15/4 is in full swing and involves: Establishment of a drainage system, application of sewerage network lines, construction, and lining of streets, installation of street lights, construction of culverts, and other residential facilities would be completed in a defined deadline.
