The administration of 7 Wonders City Islamabad has recently launched a new block in the society named Gold Block. In this block, you can buy ready-to-possession plots either in installments or in cash.

In case you have already booked your plot in General Block of 7 Wonders City Islamabad in installments and now want to transfer your slot to the newly launched Gold Block, it can happen through a settled transfer Procedure.

As per the transfer policy, you will write an application to the society administration for the transfer of the plot from General Block to Gold Block. Furthermore, you have to pay the difference amount as per the current rate of Gold Block along with the transfer fee and other mandatory charges.

 

 

 

Changed APR Discount Policy

 

Previously the 7 Wonders City Islamabad administrations were offering an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of only 50% of the total payment, but now they extended this offer to 100 % of the value of the plot.

It means that, if your plot’s total value is 16, 00,000 /- rupees, previously you were availing APR discount on only 8, 00,000 /- rupees and the rest of 8, 00,000 /- rupees you have to pay in regular installments without discount but now you can avail APR discount on the total amount.

Let’s assume that you have paid 55,000 /- rupees through the APR discount policy.This amount will be considered as 75,000 /- rupees with 20,000 /- rupees as a discount.

Out of it, 55,000 /- rupees will be adjusted in your half yearly Installment and the discounted 20,000 /- rupees will be considered as a monthly installment of the current month.
