Big News for the Investors of Faisal Town Phase II | Installments
Dear valued members are informed that the Faisal Town Phase II management has been kind enough to extend the due date (12 to 15 March 2023) for the payment of the first Installment of the Project. The extended date is the 31st of March 2023 (Friday).
Members who have not paid the first installment of their owing dues are requested to pay in due course (31st of March 2023/Friday).
How to Pay Your Quarterly Installment
There are following methods to pay the first Installment of your owing dues for Faisal Town Phase II.
- Payment through Bank Transfer
- Payment in the Office of Faisal Town
- Payment in the Office of Property Naama Consultants
Payment through Bank Transfer
In case the payment of your undischarged dues is through the bank, follow the guidelines.
Bring the cash to Bank (Branch and Account details are given below), Submit the amount and receive the payment receipt/Voucher from the bank.
(In that case, you can also pay through Mobile Banking App, and take a screenshot of the payment receipt/Voucher).
You can also transfer the due amount in official accounts of Property Naama Consultants.
Now inform the management of Faisal Town Phase II that you have paid the due amount of the First Installment. For that purpose, send an email to the official email address of Faisal Town, which is payments@faisaltown.com.pk
Make sure that your email address must have the following details;
- Registration number of your file (Which is written on the top center of your file)
- Project Name (Which is Faisal Town Phase II )
- Customer Name (Your Name)
- Payment Transaction Number ( For Example; Payment 270,000 of quarterly Installment of my 10 Marla Plot )
- Plot Size
Then attach the Picture/screenshot of the payment receipt/Voucher and send the email on payments@faisaltown.com.pk
Payment in the Office of Faisal Town
Come with cash at the Head Office of Faisal Town (G 11 Markaz Islamabad 3rd Floor Al-Ghafar Mall), pay your owing dues directly to Faisal Town phase II management, and receive the payment receipt/Voucher from Office Staff.
Payment in the Office of Property Naama Consultants
Come and visit the Head Office of Property Naama Consultants (1st to 3rd Floor Plaza No 65, River view Commercial, Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi), pay your outstanding dues and receive the payment receipt/Voucher from Office Staff.
In both payment methods, after payment of your due amount, your installment will be updated in your leger.
