There are three different types of apartments for sale in this executive project i.e. Type A, Type B, and Type C. However, grade 11 to 16 federal employees are eligible for C category apartments.

So, it is important to mention that the membership fee (100,000) is adjustable (or refundable) in the price of apartments, while the processing fee is non-adjustable.
