Final Notice by the Rudan Enclave | Closure of File for Non-Payment of Undischarged Dues

 

To make a real estate project successful, several imperatives are in need to be fulfilled. Open and genuine compliance to the society’s administrative, legal, and financial SOPs by the members is a prerequisite.

Some of the esteemed members of Rudan enclave housing Society have remained unsuccessful for the past several months to accomplish these SOPs. Wherefore, the Rudan Enclave Administration has become bound to serve the lawful Payment notice to its members. Here is the description of the said notice.

 

  • The Rudan Enclave Administration has accelerated the pace of the developmental work to ensure the delivery of the project ahead of its scheduled time. This is only feasible with the anticipated participation (timely payment of the due Installments) of valued members.

 

  • The first notice for the corresponding objective was served by the society to valued members with a deadline of 31st December 2022 and the second notice was due its implementation best before 15 March 2023.

 

  • Consequently, the clients with 6 months and above unpaid ledger installments will be taken as defaulters of society.

 

  • This is the 3rd and final notice for all clients to pay their outstanding dues on or before 15 May 2023, to avoid being declared as defaulter/file blocking, since all clients have been informed through written notices.

 

  • The blocked file will only be restored with due consideration of the directing authority.
  • To reinstate the blocked file, one of the following conditions must have to be executed.
  1. Levy of surcharge (payment of the settled fine).
  2. Conversion of old rates files to current rate files (Current rates of all category plots are attached in a table below).

 

 

 

  • Blocked files issued at current rates will only be regularized after payment of 100 % dues and ledger update.
