Kingdom Valley Islamabad First Balloting For the Year 2023
The first-ever balloting of Kingdom Valley Islamabad for the year 2023 took place on Independence Day 14th of August, 2023, Monday in an auspicious ceremony.
Valued members of Kingdom Valley Islamabad, top realtors of the twin cities, and many well known personalities of the real estate industry participated in the event.
The first year of the 2023 balloting of BWC involves the allotment of plot numbers in the general block. All those valued members who have submitted 70 % and 90 % payment of the plot were allotted plot numbers.
All those members who did not get the plot number will get in the second balloting this year after discharging the settled amount of payment.
How you can check the Balloting Results online?
To verify your file, plot number, and balloting results, just go through the following steps.
- Open the Kingdom Valley Islamabad‘s official website (www.kingdomvalleyislamabad.pk).
- On the main dashboard of the website, on the extreme right side of the website, you will see the FILE VERIFICATION bar, click on it to open.
- Here you will see a new window demanding a File application number.
- Add a valid application number over here which has been written on your file. The file application number will be like that : KV123456
- Then you will enter your Computerized National Identity Card Number (CNIC) without dashes.
- Then at the 3rd bar enter your mobile number without the first zero e.g.: 923000000
- When you click after these three entries, you will receive a code on your sim number.
- Enter this code in the given bar on the website and click on the CHECK STATUS
- You will get the complete details of your allotted plot i.e.: Plot Number, Block Number, Street Number, Park facing, or any other detail.
- In case you did not get the balloting result, you can call on the given number during office hours to check your balloting status from the customer care department of Kingdom Valley Islamabad.
