Lahore Smart City administration has come up with two important developments: A special discount policy and 2nd Balloting of the society.

Discount Policy in Lahore Smart City
Owing to the current economic condition and surging inflation in the country the Lahore Smart City leadership has decided to stand by its valued members to support them financially.
In this regard, the society administration has structured a special discount policy as per the following standard operating procedures (SOPs):
- 3% discount on each due and outstanding installment amount of plots (Residential and Commercial).
- 6 % discount on each advance installment amount of plots (Residential and Commercial).
- Members can avail of discounts on a maximum of up to 3 Installments.
- 7 % discount on booking of new plots on 50% down payment and 12 % discount on booking of new plots on 100 % payment.
Note:
This discount Policy is applicable only from August 28, 2023, to September 16, 2023.
Priority Policy for Location Selection
The location-allocation of 2nd balloting will start on 18th September 2023 In Sha Allah.
All those members who have the 2nd balloting location selection acknowledgment slip(s) are directed to deposit their pending installment before 16 September 2023 by not only taking the advantage of new discount policy but also becoming eligible for the selection of plots.
In case, any member fails to deposit the due installment before 16th September 2023, their selection of their own choice will be forfeited. Also, do not wait for the last date as priority of selection will be given as per the following schedule.
1st Priority Selection
The 1st Priority of Selection will be given to the members who will deposit their outstanding installments between 21st August and 26th August 2023.
2nd Priority Selection
The 2nd Priority of Selection will be given to the members who will deposit their outstanding installments between 28 August and 2nd September 2023.
3rd Priority Selection
The 3rd Priority of Selection will be given to the members who will deposit their outstanding installments between 4th September and 9th September 2023.
4th Priority Selection
The 4th Priority of Selection will be given to the members who will deposit their outstanding installments between 11 September and 16 September 2023.
Further, all those members who have failed to get acknowledgment slips of 2nd Balloting and now wish to be part of it are requested to get the acknowledgment slips of 2nd balloting by depositing 75 % payment of the total plot price if they wish to choose the plot of their own choice and 60 % payment of total plot price if they opt of random location before 2nd September 2023.
Everyone is advised to make their online portal so that selection can be done online to avoid any hassle or inconvenience.
Note:
This policy is not applicable to installment payments through the merging of the properties.
