Likewise, the next event is the commencement of the 3rd balloting for the society.

The Lahore Smart City administration has announced a discount policy for payment of installments and acknowledgment slips. Read this blog till the last line, if you have invested in Lahore Smart City.  This notification is important for all those members of Lahore Smart City who have plot allocation for 2nd balloting. They are well aware of the defined priority of their selection criteria under the circular letter number LSC/S&M/08/24/747.

The basic premise of this letter is a formal reminder for clearance of unpaid dues against plot allotment.

 

Discounts against regular payments 

All those members who made installment payments till 8th April 2024 are eligible for the following discounts.

  • There would be a 3 % discount on each due or outstanding installment amount of plots. It includes both (Residential and Commercial Plots ).
  • There would be a 6 % discount on each advance installment amount of plots. Members can avail of a discount maximum of up to 03 advance installments. The three advance installments mean installments for May, June, and July.

 

Mandatory Note: 

  • The discount is valid till 8th April, 2024. The above policy is applicable on Cash /Pay orders / Credit cards and online transactions.
  • The acknowledgment slips for the 3rd balloting will be issued at the event of the 2nd balloting of Lahore Smart City.

 

Incentive policy Lahore Smart City Discount Announcement for 2nd and 3rd Balloting

There is an incentive for all those members, who want to get acknowledgement slips for 3rd balloting.

 

  • They can get slips by just paying 45 % payment of the total value of the plot for residential plots.
  • Similarly, they can get slips against payment of 35 % payment of the total value for commercial plots.

 

Mandatory Note: 

  • The esteemed members can submit their due between 28th March and 8th April 2024.
  • This opportunity is only for a limited number of plots and do not wait for the last date to submit dues.
  • After this date, members have to pay 75 % and 60 % payments for residential and commercial plots respectively.

 

 

Concluding remarks for Lahore Smart City Discount Announcement for 2nd and 3rd Balloting 

As per allocation slips, outstanding slips need to be clear within 2 months from the selection of the plot on the map. In case of failure to fulfill this criterion, you can face the cancellation of the location. The subsequent allotment of location will be done in 3rd balloting.

Therefore, all members of Overseas and Executive West ( Previously named Overseas and Executive One), and Overseas and Executive Central ( Previously named Overseas and Executive Two) are to clear the payment of outstanding installments by 20th April 2024.
