Naya Pakistan Apartments in Lahore
Following the scheme, LDA will develop these housing units at the ideal location of Lahore. Approximately 10,240 housing units of 650 sq. ft., 12,384 units of 800 sq. ft., 7800 residential apartments of 1,100 sq. ft., and 3,360 houses of 1,500 sq. ft., as well as 1200 units of 2,200 sq. ft. will be developed in Lahore. According to the updates, around 4,000 green housing units will be constructed in the first phase. These apartments will worth Rs. 10 billion where the Naya Pakistan Housing Program will provide a subsidy of Rs 0.3 million on each apartment.
Naya Pakistan Apartments Prices & Payment Plan
The prices of apartments under the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme are reasonable. Apartment prices are kept low to make them easily affordable. The total cost of all sizes of apartments is not announced.
However, as per the documents available, the one-time payment of a 650 sq. ft. apartment is around 27 lacs. A plot can be acquired with a down payment of 2 lacs 70 thousand payable in monthly installments.
One-month installment of these apartments is Rs. 15,950, which will be payable up to twenty years.

Naya Pakistan Apartments Launching Date
CM Usman Buzdar has also revealed that PM Pakistan Imran Khan will carry out the groundbreaking of the Naya Pakistan Apartments project in Lahore. This ceremony is planned for 25th December. The construction work of the apartments will commence within a couple of months.
