New Metro City Gujar Khan Future Balloting Schedule 2022

According to the latest reports, New Metro City Gujar Khan has released the balloting schedule for Sector -1 residential plots in the future. The schedule includes a 4-time balloting schedule until December 2022.

New Metro City Gujar Khan – Rawalpindi is a new housing project of BSM developers located on Main GT Road in Gujar Khan region of Rawalpindi district. This residential project made great progress in a short time. The Society has already ballot a block plot in the initial bird bellying against closed files on August 20, 2022. Moreover, heavy machinery has already changed on the site and preliminary development work has begun. The site of society is already ready and fully active.

Now, New Metro City has launched the Belting Schedule of Sector -1 till December 31, 2022. This schedule has ballot dates for the upcoming balloting events.

New Metro City Gujar Khan Balloting Details:

• The A-block preliminary balloting event has already been held and plots have been allocated to eligible members in a block of society.
• Special balloting will be held for the members who have not closed their files on time for the initial balloting. A block special balloting will take place on September 30, 2022.
• In addition, the B Block will be launched soon through New Metro City, and the Grand Balloting will be held on November 18, 2022.
• BSM developers are launching the C block shortly after the release of the B block. The C -Block Grand Balloting will be on December 30, 2022.

A-Block Special Ballot Conditions

The members who failed to present their open files have been given another opportunity. 30 % of the special quota of block plots is reserved for holding this balloting on September 30. Members are advised to close their open files before September 30 to be part of this balloting.

B Block Grand Ballot Details

As the Society has promised, members who were unfortunate to get plot in A-Block will be placed in the new Metro City B-Block. The priority will be given to members who wanted to get a plot in the block but failed to do so.

C Block Grand Ballot Details

The C block will be launched in the same year, but the right time is not specified. The conditions of the C block balloting have not yet been revealed by society. We will update you when the Society C Block Balloting promotes the Terms and Conditions.
