The administration of the society has recently announced the New Metro City Lahore Payment Plan. This payment plan is exceptional in terms of affordability for buyers.
Unlike any other society, the New Metro City Lahore has a generous road map for the payment of development charges in an affordable way. There are two different payment plans for the residential plots of the society.
Both payment plans are expanded on a 4-year installment plan but with variety in payment duration of development charges. Let’s discuss them in detail in the subsequent lines of this blog.
Payment plan one: Swiftly covering the land cost
Under this payment plan, the land cost is payable within 2.5 years. The remaining 1.5 years are for the payment of development charges.

- This payment plan is suitable for people who want to pay the land cost on priority.
- This payment plan does not include development charges.
- The development charges for the 3.5, 5, and 7 Marla plot will be 3,00,000/- per Marla.
- Similarly, the development charges for 10 Marla and 01 Kanal plots will be 2,75,000/- per Marla.
- The form registration fee for all sizes of plots will be 1000/- per Marla.
- There would be 10 % extra charges for preference plots (Corner, park-facing plot, etc).
- There will be a 5% discount on the lump-sum payment of all the charges.
Payment plan two: Prolonged land cost payment
According to this payment plan, you will be given 3-years for land cost payments. While in the remaining year, you can settle the development charges of the plot.
