You need to note the following points about investing in the Overseas West Block:

Prime Location Charges

The Park facing plots will be 10 %, and Main Boulevard plots will be 15 % more costly.

Rebate

There will be a 10 % rebate on lumpsum payment of 100 % plot value and a 5 % rebate on 50 % payment.

R/P/Ms Fee

There will be a booking fee of 12,000/- PKR for up to 7 Marla plots and 15,000/- PKR for above 07 Marla plots. This fee will be non-refundable.

  • The payment plan and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • You need to deposit an installment on the 1st of each month.
  • These prices do not include development charges.
  • These prices are exclusive of property taxes.

Legal Status of Overseas West Block

The Capital Smart City is a 100 % approved project with a valid No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).

 

Master Plan of the Project
