Third Floor:
The third floor of the building is final in terms of grey structure.
Fourth Floor:
The column concrete work is at the final stage on the fourth floor.

Construction Progress at Umar Mall and Apartments
Roof Pillars: Roof pillars measuring 2.5 x 2.5 feet are complete.
Retaining Wall: A shared retaining wall has been built from the lower ground floor basement to the top floor. This wall provides earthquake protection and minimizes potential damage.
Emergency Facilities: An emergency stairway, regular stairs, and an elevator will ensure residents’ safety during emergencies. The elevator space will accommodate a large number of people.
Ground Floor Space: The inner space between the rooftop and the floor on the ground floor will be approximately 11 feet after finishing.
Quality Assurance in Construction
Material Testing:
Our field engineering team samples every material mixture before implementing RCC. These samples undergo rigorous testing in government-authorized laboratories. Only materials that meet satisfactory standards are part of the construction.
PSI Standards:
The Pounds Per Square Inch (PSI) for RCC roofing and flooring is 3000 across all floors. For the columns, the PSI ranges between 3500 and 4000.
Steel Quality:
The steel, sourced from PAK STEEL, is tested at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Taxila’s engineering laboratory. We are currently using 60-grade steel for our project.
