RING ROAD RAWALPINDI

A kitchen gardening function was arranged, after the approval of the Minister of Planning & Development Mr. Asad Umer. The event was at CBR Cooperative Housing Society Phase-II in association with RDA. Addressing this event, Chairman Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), Mr. Tariq Mehmood said that the Punjab Government approved the Ring Road Rawalpindi project. And Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Minister Punjab Mr. Sardar Usman Buzdar will inaugurate the launch in December 2020. RRR Route.

He also added that the Punjab Government allotted Rs. 6.5 billion to RDA for this project. He also said that this project will be around 50-60 km long. This project and Motorway are based on the same design.  More Info about Ring Road Rawalpindi.

RRR Location

Over Sangjani, Shah Allah Ditta, Margalla Road, and F sectors, the Ring Road will help riders reach Pakistan’s Secretariat. Moreover, the road length from GT road to Margalla will be only 10km. The Rind Road will be the linkage between Bhara Kahu and Kallar Syedan. This interchange will bring several job opportunities as various residential and industrial projects.

These projects will be on Adyala Road, Chak Beli Khan Road, Chakri Road, and Motorway. Furthermore, being connected to Motorway, it will provide an easy and safe entry to travelers from Gilgit Baltistan & Hunza.

According to Tariq Mehmood, it’s the time to bring change. It will help reduce the pressure of traffic in twin cities by being a direct link between Motorway and GT Road. And it will be helping thousands of riders to travel peacefully in no time. 

This project is a Public-Private partnership and will lay the basis in the first quarter of 2021. According to estimations, it will be completed within 18 months.

According to the investment point of view, this project has a great value because of all the nearby housing societies. Such as Rudan Enclave, Capital Smart City, Rose Valley, Bahria Town, and other projects’ prices will be appreciated. Hence it will be a good investment to make in these projects.
