The management of Silver City Islamabad issued a notification on November 29, 2024, in which they announced the increased development charges due to rising inflation in the country. The prices of construction materials, labor costs, land rates, and utilities have increased significantly in the last couple of years.
Moreover, the administrative and operational costs of development work also increased. These price hikes collectively raised the per-Marla cost of development work in Silver City Islamabad.
Therefore, the society administration wants to transfer this cost to the end customer to continue the infrastructural development. And members get plot possession on time.

Deadline to Pay Development Charges on Old Rate?
You can pay development charges for your residential or commercial plots in Silver City Islamabad at old rates of 125,000/- per Marla by Tuesday, December 31, 2024. After that, you will pay 50,000/- rupees extra for each Marla land.
What Should You Do?
You should pay your development charges at a controlled rate of 125,000/- PKR before December 31, 2024. Otherwise, you will pay 250,00,000/- extra for a 05 Marla residential plot.
