The society administration has announced the first balloting for Faisal Town Phase 2 in a while. The event of balloting will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024, on the society site. Balloting by its meaning is the random allocation of plots to individuals through a random draw.
So, the individuals, who will receive the plot under this random draw will be the ones who would qualify. Therefore, here, we will discuss the balloting criteria for Faisal Town Phase 2.
Members category in Faisal Town Phase 2 Balloting Notification 2024
The society administration has categorized the participating individuals into a priority list depending upon their discharged payments.
First Priority Members
All those esteemed members who have bought plots on lump sum payments will be part of this category. These members have availed 20 % discount on the payment of full dues of the plot. These members can choose the plots of their choice among the available lot of plots.
Second Priority Members
This category holds all those members who have paid their 9 quarterly installments before the due date. There is a 9 % discount for this category members. They can also choose their preferred plots from a given plot inventory
.
Third Priority Members
The regular installment-paying members will be part of this category. This includes all those members who will pay six quarterly installments before the due date of payment. There is no discount for this category members as they are paying installments on a regular schedule.
Mandatory Notes in Faisal Town Phase 2 Balloting Notification 2024
- The last date to submit the undischarged dues for Faisal Town Phase 2 balloting is April,26,2024.
- You can still pay 100 % dues of your plot before the deadline with a whooping 15 % discount.
- It is the first and last balloting of Faisal Town Phase 2. After that, the plot number will be allotted only after payment of the complete amount of the plot.
About the development work
Excitingly, the development work in society premises is underway at full pace. Initially, the laser land leveling is in its final stage. Similarly, the cutting of plots is around the completion stage. Next is the installation of underground sewage and water supply lines is on the preference list.
