Public Notice about Lahore Smart City Second Balloting
As a matter of happiness, the administration of Lahore Smart City is going to hold its second balloting in due course. According to the official circular (Ref: LSC/S&M/08/23/0692) issued on September 07, 2023, by the society details of balloting are as Follows.
Policy Statement about 2.66 Marla and 6 Marla Plots
Society administration started allocation of 2.66 Marla and 6 Marla in oversees 1 and executive 1 Blocks shortly. Elaborately, the date for this activity was from September 18, 2023, to Saturday, September 30, 2023, with the following guidelines.
- Above mentioned commercial plots are convertible into overseas 1 block after paying only 05% extra of the settled amount. Subsequently, the new full price of the 2.66 Marla plot will be PKR 176, 40,000/- for overseas 1 block.
- Member can pay the difference of the value along with a minimum 50 % payment only through Pay order. They can avail the privilege to select the plot of their choice through our sales desk representative immediately.
- Similarly, for selection in the executive 1 block, members can avail of this opportunity without paying any additional charges. After paying 50 % of the total plot value through pay order only they can immediately select the plot.
- Since this opportunity is on a first come first serve basis, do not wait for the last date.
- In the ideal scenario, you can go for the selection of the plot only by visiting the LSC head office.
- However, overseas well as local clients can participate through virtual after-sales services of Property Naama Consultants.
Announcement about Issuing acknowledgement slips
LSC administration will start issuing acknowledgment slips for the remaining 2.66 and 6 Marla commercial plots.
Additionally, 6 and 3.5 Marla residential plots will be issued slips from 2nd October 2023 till 28th October 2023. Moreover, these acknowledgment slips will be part of Lahore Smart City’s Second ballot.
Come and pay 40 % of the total value for the selection of 2.66 and 6 Marla commercial plots.
Mandatory Notes for Lahore Smart City Second Balloting
- Since these plots are very limited in number, they will not be part of general balloting.
- A minimum 30 % payment for 3.5 Marla residential plots is mandatory to make you eligible for getting acknowledgment slips.
- Furthermore, pay a quarter an amount to participate in the general balloting of 3.5 Marla with an option for selection.
- Those members who have already booked their plots can collect their MS letters from the Society office. However, overseas or a local who can’t come can benefit from the virtual services of Property Naama Group.
Bonus news for leftover Members
Here is the bonus news for the valued members who were not able to get acknowledgment slips in 2nd ballot. The LSC administration will start issuing acknowledgment slips for 3rd balloting at the end of November 2023.
