  5. Your complaint will directly be received by the CEO of Property Naama Group M. Ismail in his system.
  6. He will send this complaint application to the relevant department in Property Naama Group and disciplinary action will be initiated.
  7. After resolving your issue in the required time frame, you will be called back to get your feedback.

 

In this way, your grievances will be listened to and resolved adequately.

  2. Here you will find two sections to fill in the information such as CINC and Form Number .
